Residence Inn Boston Dedham

I understand in general hotels are not the cleanest, but this one was pretty dirty inside. Unfortunately I know how dirty the floors are because of my baby crawling all around (can’t contain her!). The management might want to consider shampooing the carpets or putting in new ones entirely. Also the floors without carpeting need to be cleaned better. Nice to have breakfast included, but I did see the person working the buffet refill the scrambled eggs from a plastic bag haha. Parking is $5/day with no benefits like security of your vehicle. Kind staff though! And close enough to the MBTA that you can walk to the station which is great.

The best thing was the location. And the kind staff. Things I didn’t like were that the room had window units for ac, the windows were really dirty, the glassware all smudgy, the carpet linty, and there’s no daily room tidy up (only clean towels dropped off every other day, no making of beds, no resupplying coffee pods etc), and the pool hours were not as stated. The breakfast was adequate.

We were originally booked for a single room with a queen and sofa sleeper and were able to switch to a double suite with a kitchenette for 5 nights. The property is conveniently located between Boston and Foxborough, also close to shopping and restaurants in Dedham. The only downside - daily parking fees to a 3rd party vendor, not expensive and we were able to charge to our hotel room. Otherwise, there is a QR code to pay.

I appreciate the spacious room and full kitchen. Parking was plentiful, and ienjoyed my hot breakfast with plenty of options. The site is conveniently located near Dedham and the Legacy Center.

Room smelled like smoke especially near bathroom and closet... Front desk offer air freshener spray. But that didn’t help. They then offered to move us but we were already unpacked and some of our children were asleep so we didn’t move but we should have. Other than that with the allowance of dogs be prepared you might hear barking at all hours of the night.

Good. Hostess excellent. The old, low small toilets. These need to be replaced as soon as possible.

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn Boston Dedham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy Place and the commuter rail, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the pool and the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very pleasant friendly staff. Clean facilities large room everything you need for self catering if you want or restaurant over the road. Train station 5 min walk taking you right into boston.

We didn’t wanna leave. Everyone is super helpful. It became our home away from home. I would go back in a heartbeat.

My stay was good every staff member was so nice,helpful. The only thing that was different then other Marriott i stayed at is the breafast was not the best the oatmeal was not made it was inst in a cup for us to make and the creamer was not filled. No regular sugar only organic sausage every day..
