SpringHill Suites by Marriott Deadwood

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was badly designed and split up. The bathroom had too much wasted space in it. I understand they were trying to separate the seating space from the bed, but it just didn't work.

The breakfast was the typical food with no taste but honestly don’t know what they could do better. I was surprised by the parking fee but you have to dig thru Hotels.com to find the extra charges so it was there. The room while not attached to the casino, smelled like smoke and if you are susceptible to headaches from smoke, wouldn’t stay here. The crazy thing about parking fee is that the parking was very limited and the spaces very narrow. Could park in lot beside but with luggage, quite a haul. The outside traffic noise was very well heard but thankfully quieted down after 11 pm. The hotel staff were a delight and very kind. The location was convenient and outside the historic downtown. We did not go in the casino at all so cannot comment about that. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you would need.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were helpful when needed. The hotel was clean and well kept. My kids loved the infinity pool. Would stay here again for sure!!

Pool and store and linens and pillows and lighting and furniture. The toilet was for younger teenagers it was very very low to the floor and not safe for older adults. No instructions for internet TV, lighting very poor in microwave and coffee pot area. The toilet paper was very very very low quality and not really very healthy. There was a free breakfast available and really was not up to date with modern times. Lots of bagels and powdered eggs... and no pancake or waffle machine. And coffee ☕️ quality... it really didn't even tast like coffee. Very poor quality

Staff was excellent. Housekeeping does a great job maintaining the facility. Breakfast was fresh every morning.

Really large rooms that were perfectly cleaned. An excellent facility that is a must stay while you're in the area.

The hotel was modern, very clean and only a short walk to Main Street in Deadwood. They have a 12 noon checkout which is also nice!

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was great. Our king suite was very spacious.

Amazing property with excellent staff. They are on the trolly line that takes you into deadwood for a nominal cost. Comfy beds and great pillows

Hotel was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Underground parking was great with 100 degree weather! Was nice to be able to stay in the a/c and have multiple food choices and entertainment options. Room was extremely comfortable!

Nice room. Very comfortable. Great staff. Not enough USB outlets. No cups by the lobby coffee.
