Always great staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the University of Dayton. Great restaurant. It's our first choice to stay in Dayton. Don't confuse this excellent hotel with the substandard Courtyard by Marriott located by the U of D Arena on Edwin Moses Blvd.

We really liked the location. These rooms could use a microwave and a bit larger refrigerator, otherwise no complaints or constructive criticism from us.
