It was conveniently located, right by the highway. It's too much money for a below-average motel experience. Weird people roaming the parking lot, a bed made of what felt like metal debris, an indoor pool filled with air- this is a classic Motel 6 experience that should have had a classic Motel 6 price of about $50.

Not a single likeable thing about this property. Booked last minute for a quick family trip to salem and did not bother to look at reviews… pulled in the lot with overgrown weeds and pulled into a parking spot. The parking lot was being used as a mechanic shop for a bus and there are signs all over to make sure you lock up your car. We get out of our car and the hotel employees are out front smoking. We get checked in for our stay, and oddly get asked what our daughters names were. We head to our hotel room. Door took a while to open as the key card operator hardly functions. Flip on the light(only one that works in the room) and see how bad it truly is. Attempt to turn on the light between the beds and it starts flickering and makes a popping sound. The one outlet was falling out of the wall. Beds stained, floor sticky, what appears to be blood on the wall, old gum or something on the floor, bathroom was reasonable. My children refused to stay the night here, as we did not want to also. We headed to the front desk to let them know the condition of the room and ask for another in which they had no more. We were told we would get a refund and exited the building. As my family is heading to the car in the middle of the lot I look to my left and can’t believe what I see. A grown man peeing in the parking lot. I begin yelling at him as my fiancé gets our children to our vehicle as quickly as possible. We were charged twice for a room we were in for three minutes and never refunded. This location needs to be bulldozed and working on telling corporate how bad it was. We went a mile down the road to the Best Western Plus and had a great stay there.

The rooms were not very clean either. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets, so we had no choice but to sleep on top of the sheets. Overall, the hotel was pretty much disgusting and definitely not what we expected. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Located near the places we were visiting The shower was filthy and there were wash clothes available. Dogs barking late at night and just a lot of interesting folks roaming around.

ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT-PLEASE FOR ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW -DO NOT BOOK HERE - from the clientele hanging out in the parking lot -to the immediate cigarette & body odor stench in the hallway- to the disgusting near broken finger streaked elevator to the grande finale of the DISGUSTING armpit smelling rooms - We took a shower - lysol disinfected anything and everything we could and still were petrified to lay down in the bed. We stayed a total of 45 mins before we came to terms that there is no way on gods green earth that we could stomach the smell or the filth that was this SSI filled motel. We called Expedia and send photos of all the filth in the bedroom from the dirty shower to the blood stained sheets ( nope - not kidding ) to the spotted pillow cases. If anyone reads this review and STILL decides to stay here - GOOD LUCK!

TV only had 1 channel, the pool was permanently closed, the elevator were outdated and kind of scary. Staff at front desk were constancy out front smoking and hardly at desk and our room key had issues after the 1st day of our 3day stay.
