Sleep Inn & Suites Cumberland - LaVale

Stayed here instead of paying for an overpriced room at Rocky Gap, which is only a few minutes down the road. Clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again, especially for the price.

We had an awesome time swimming in the pool and exercising. The breakfast was delicious 😋. All staff were nice and helpful. All facilities were clean and the atmosphere smelled good. I would highly recommend staying there.

Breakfast was cold the first day just warm the second day. 24 hour coffee was great.

The arrival process was quick. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The room was great for the weekend. Wish it were a little more updated but, was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at this particular location again.

Rude man at front desk. Room was not fully clean and small square pillows.

The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and wasn’t noisy. The bed pillows were very comfortable, not ones that push your head up. The light blocking curtains did their job well. In the parking lot, there is a fenced in area for letting your dog run, which we greatly appreciated! The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and opened a can of fruit I had brought with me. The hotel is located in the parking lot of a truck stop, so we asked for a room on the front far end so we wouldn’t hear the trucks running all night. The only negatives were that the landscaping needs weeding, and the bed was definitely on the firm side. My husband had no problem with it, but if you prefer a soft bed you may not sleep well. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

Amazing views and conveniently located making it easy to get on and off the main highway directly into the parking lot located adjacent to a truck stop with showers and parking including McDonald's and subway . Very convenient for someone not used to driving or traveling such roads. No decent onto some off ramp or into the parking lot . Eased my angziety for sure. Amazing views in every direction safe clean parking visible from our room . Did not have that truck stop feel . A trucker staying there actually eased my angziety even more checking my directions and my fluids and motor mounts . Fenced in dog park with picnic table very nice and a gazebo with a grill and views like ive never seen ... I highly recommend... worth the extra $

Room was clean. Area was safe and conveniently located next to a Love’s gas station. Staff was friendly and recommended a good restaurant for dinner. The toilet seat was old and worn but everything else was fine. Would stay here again for sure

Exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was great! Will definitely be coming back soon. Pool was closed though, but I did not mind much. Not a big deal
