First off Parking was not good, you may have to walk all the way around the building from the back, just heads up. It’s an older building and so the appearance is a bit rough and the elevator was in bad shape- it needs to be serviced so as not to shake THAT bad on landings! Our room was mostly clean except for the bed, being on an older frame, meant under the bed was exposed and not vacuumed clean. There was also hair in the shower. Staff was nice although having to walk past them smoking AT the only front door was unpleasant. We were too tired not to stay and the bed WAS clean, but we won’t stay again. Sorry Ramada.

The room smelled stale. The proximity to the freight rail tracks was noisy all night. And on the night we were there the 2nd floor was a party till 4 am multiple room doors swinging shut all night long.

Nothing The place smelled bad the staff weren’t even present for me to check in I waited 15 minutes for someone to come down stairs from there personal room to check in! Went to go to my car from second floor and all the emergencies exits were locked and I couldn’t get out the stairwells at all and had to use the elevator! As a survivor of a house fire I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night fear d of a fire! The pools not maintained and closed the breakfast was a joke after I just came from the Walden in pigeon Forge! All 3 of my stays were by Wyndham and all 3 were very different level of hotels

Very out dated.. no pool or amenities

The location is prime ! The breakfast leaves A LOT to be desired. It could definitely be better, like adding some salty options, for example. The coffee was extremely watered down. The hotel itself if ok but the breakfast "buffet" was extremely lacking.

Well got there at 12:30am on 8/3/26 but lady at the reception refused to checked me in till I paid another night claiming check in time start at 3pm mind you I paid from 8/3/26 - 8/7/26. But has to pay $112 on 8/3/26 then check in back that morning and that was craze and very disappointing cause I called them earlier to let dem know I will arrive early and was told I could do early check in but I felt they took advantage of me knowing I was stranded. Apart from the staff who checked me in that night I think the others are cool. Room and services were okay.

I did not like my stay here, I should have stayed at another place. I was dirty, could not bring my bike in the room. Price for laundry soap and drink was outrageous. The breakfast was terrible.
-
Property was clean. Outdoor pool was down. And beds weren't as comfortable as expected. But overall we would stay again. The location was great! Easy access to the highway and downtown.

Poor

Room was good, clean and updated. The rest of the hotel was outdated, pool unusable. Website did not reflect true state of the hotel.

I booked a room for 1 night but won’t be there until 6AM. I paid for it already. When we got there at 6AM, the front desk said they do not have my booking anymore because I did not check-in at 3PM. But still charged me for it. Did not even try to help if she could something about it. She just dismissed us.

Blue haired lady projects contempt for clean cut American Men. At 1st, the Man who checked me in, had a low vibration contempt towards me. Him and I spoke the next morning, and his tone had changed and we had an intelligent, introspective conversation which cleared the air. The female with blue hair was Militant.

Great location

dirty and the staff is rude and completely checked out. don’t even bother with the breakfast. no managers or front desk people on site. everything done with a video kiosk. super weird. this might be a reason why the staff looks like they hate it here. managed by remote managers that have no clue how gross the property is.

The location was amazing! We were long distance bikers and were told we’d pay a $250 fine if we took our bikes upstairs. We were told they’d be in a locked room. It was not.
