Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods

I checked in and they ran my credit card for the full purchase instead of an incidental charge. They said it wasn't showing me the room was paid for. Finally he decided to check the hotel email which should have been checked prior since I paid three days before check in. It was embarrassing at the desk. Our room had crumbs all over the floor and our shower didn't have a door on it. Very disappointing experience. The parking lot was full of mobile storage units and we couldn't find a parking space. There were families in for a hockey tournament and kids were running the halls. We have stayed at the Marriott on the same property and never had an issue.

Very pleased with our overall stay.

This hotel was very nice. They are in the middle of a renovation and did not have enough parking for everyone. Saw numerous people walking from the neighbor hotel from their cars. Breakfast was included but was very mediocre. Was not impressed with how long it took to make the food and that there was really no flavor.

The stay was great. Beds were surprisingly more comfortable than I expected. Very clean. Would stay again for sure

Our room had a very old couch which was difficult to get out of. Around the edge of the shower wall, there appeared to be black spots which could be black mold. Hope they look into getting rid of it. Adding a grab bar could be helpful too.

Hotel is very clean , beds comfortable and location to restaurants was very easy . Loved staying here !

I booked two rooms. When I arrived there was nowhere to park because containers for remodeling were surrounding the property. Then after I checked in, I noticed the pool was closed. I went to front desk and asked what was going on and they said the property was being remodeled. Well now where was my girlfriend's daughters going to swim? So, I asked the front desk to give my room away since there was nowhere to swim and they eventually gave my second room to another guest since they were sold out. They did not charge me for the room but I showed a charge on my credit card. I want an immediate credit please. Thank you! I booked two rooms. The room and the service The property was under construction, the Pool was closed, there was nowhere to park because of all the containers surrounding the building for the remodel. There was no notification this property was under construction and the rates should have been better and there was NO FREE breakfast. Would have been nice to get a free coffee and a free piece of bread for all the inconvenience!
