Property needs more signage and something to spruce up parking area Staff very helpful Guy fierri's was so good we ate there twice

The staff was great, the room was clean and the view of the river was the best.

The room was comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem be careful if using Google Maps it won’t take you to the correct exit. Suggest calling hotel when close. Casino was great for us.

Close to where I wanted to go Night staff on duty was not very pleasant. Assume it was towards the end of her shift? Bed was uncomfortable. Room was muggy. Air conditioner didn't work well. Disappointed there was no outdoor seating area.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Valerie parking that was free. Casino lively, but not overwhelming. Had a great night of fun and relaxation

Doors shut very loud. Expected neighbors to wake you up after midnight if they enter their rooms later.

I enjoyed my solo stay. Very nice hotel with great food.

Location The maids never vacuumed the carpets in the room. There were chunks of food, paper, and cloth fibers in the carpet I had picked up.

It was fun and relaxing. Besides the casino and other onsite amenities, the hotel is centrally located in the Omaha and Council Bluffs region for other excursions.

The room was adequate . Really expensive since there was a concert that evening. The food selection is grim. I only chose this hotel because of the concert.

Wish there was a small little cafe to grab food anytime of the day. They have a good restaurant but would be nice to grab something small/quickly.

Hotel was OK. Only one elevator was working which slowed down checking out in the A.M.

My wife and I stayed three nights and loved it so much that we will be back again. The food at the restaurant was so plentiful we had leftovers for the next meal.

The hallways were quiet and the neighbors were respectful. Like I said great time.
