Super clean. Extremely helpful staff. Close to where we needed to be. Really comfy beds. I would stay there again.

It was nice. We had the jet hot tub in our room not enough towels. Staff was friendly. Parking was great sink a little dirty, but didn’t use it. But overall, I’ll give it a 3 1/2 out of five.

Very clean 2 comfy king size beds had 4 pillows each. Bathroom looked new. Close to Orange County fairgrounds and south coast plaza.

The room was spotless minus the toilet seat had pee on it witch was weird because everything else was spotless

The pool was out of order in the summer time August, no water in it, disappointing to say the least!

Rooms size is bigger than the average room. Would prefer iron box instead of steamer in the room.

I stay here often over the last 3 years, even before renovations. The staff is always helpful and it’s always clean! Highly recommend

Outside looks a little dated but inside was very nice. Pool was closed which I don’t remember seeing listed when I made the reservation.

As usual, friendly staff and clean new rooms, close shopping and beach area, bar and restaurant next door.

The room was great. It was kind of close to everything really close to the beach which we really liked a lot, really easy check-in to check out. Receptionist was really friendly, which is always a plus I would definitely come back! The room was really clean and on top of that there was a bar literally next-door to the hotel.

the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful with parking info and where to park. The inside of the room was very very clean. Quiet stay. I'd stay here again.
