There was no wifi connection, the floors were dirty (walked across the room after a shower and the souls of my feet were brown), bugs in the room, any chair in the room looked like a greasy person had been sitting in it, phone was unplugged and no plug in was found, Parking lot was full of pot holes, exposed wiring on a parking lot light pole and ice machine broken. The worse part was the FIRE ESCAPES HAD TRASH ON THE STEPS AND THE STEPS WERE BLOCKED OFF.

no frills property, but fine for a 1 night stay.

I look for clean and safe - both criteria were met here. In addition, it was quiet and comfortable. It is obviously an old building and could definitely stand updating. The "continental breakfast" is a joke. I don't pay 5-star prices so it wasn't a 5-star facility. But, the staff was friendly and it met all my needs. I would stay there again.

I'd absolutely recommend staying here; worth it!

Hotel was ok for me, the only think i was disliked was the ice dispenser...no ice!!

The rooms and property were decently clean. Heavy weed odor on property and third floor. Most of the staff was helpful except for when we went to check out. There was no one at the desk for thirty minutes. Listed that there was a stove in the room and it was a hotplate bolted to the counter. Overall would book again but expect what you would from a two star hotel.

What pressure wasn't good at all, this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue either. The cleanliness of the room has improved.

Room was passable but bathroom was dimly lit and the pillows were terrible. Lobby, elevator and hallways are dingy. Pay a few $$ more and skip this place.

The drain in shower didn’t drain, there was a toothbrush left in the shower.

Elevator was out of service. They had no idea when it would be fixed. I had a feeling it has been broken for a while by the looks of the 'Out of Order' sign. Some of the in-room phones were not working, ours didn't, I had to sign a waiver acknowledging that!!!!! Ridiculous. The staff was friendly and the location is convenient, but I would never stay here again.

Great budget option. Close to everything, clean enough, coffee and muffins for breakfast, kitchen, laundry…for what it is it’s a great option.

No breakfast! Just junk food Rooms smelled..weed and cigarette smell right outside windows and AC.. Phones don’t work, no outdoor pool, room key cards kept failing, no room service, drape rods broken, Whole building needs to be updated…

The location and cost Run down. Toilet seat loose, A/C unit control cover loose, room was damp from the A/C
