The rooms were very nice, Updated and comfortable. The hair dryer did not work but we got one from the front desk.

Love the hot tub in one of their rooms. It’s big enough to hold 4 full size men. Just a nice place

Property has had some frumpy renovations in recent years but the 2 rooms that my family had reserved showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The tub had hair all over the shower walls. The rooms both had a noticeable funk. The drain in one room was broken so the top of the stopper is broken off to help keep the drain held open. Neither tub drained well at all. Overall have stayed at better places

Clean room

The breakfast was basic but good. There is a pancake machine, muffins, coffee, and juice. Room was a little in need of some cosmetic fixes, but it was clean.

The air conditioning was liquid, they don’t do anything, not even change us to other room , the room have roaches, and the walls have mold on,

Short

I was at the property a total of 10 minutes. Lots of dog crap in the parking lot. The room had smashed roaches on the floor. The hot tub had dead bugs in it. Missing light bulbs. The refrigerator had mold and standing water in it. We walked right back out drove to the front desk. Paid through Expedited so they are the 3rd party responsible for the refund. The Expedia telehelp I called said I would get a refund. We will see. It’s been nearly 48 hours and no refund. Gross place don’t recommend.

Staff was good blanket were not dried all the way but that fine pool was nice

Noisy neighbors; however, they did quite down by around 10 PM.

I loved the price and I loved how clean it felt for the price. The staff was helpful; we extended our stay as well.

That I didn't stay longer

Location Horrible customer service, stole my pillow and won’t give back, the breakfast was muffins and bagels that were old so each day we had to buy breakfast. I am handicap and they put me on 2nd floor and said no rooms left on first floor but one of the coaches booked a room Friday after I was there and he got a ground floor room so make that make sense. So they refused to assist a handicapped person. Room was filthy, toilet was peeling paint, and fridge omg throw it out it was so nasty.

This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.

Easy to find very convenient variety of food places near by
