Bathroom faucet leaked when in use. Called and was fixed immediately. Next day: came back to the room after housekeeping cleaned our room and the cold faucet was inoperable. Called and was fixed immediately. No mirror outside the bathroom WITH a light. There is one mirror by the coffee bar in the room but no lighting. Free bikes to use. Pool was nice. Rooftop is a site to see and good drinks. D&O breakfast was good.

The room was very modern and had a warm since of feeling. The breakfast made to order was great, they had about 5 options to choice from. For a large modern hotel the bar downstairs was a bit small with a few bar stools. However, the roof top bar upstairs was very spacious and open and a great atmosphere, the drinks where a bit on the pricey side. The only real complaint I had was the staff. When I came in both men looked straight up then straight down as if I interrupted what they were watching. Then I asked the house keeping for an extra towel and explained that if I wanted an extra one I had to give her one back even though there was four of us in the room and only 3 towels where placed in the room. However during my stay there was about two lady’s (one at the bar and one at the front desk) in the morning that were very nice and helpful. Overall stay was nice just which they had better overall customer service.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting in the rooms. The walls were dark and the lights were not bright making it difficult to apply makeup on. Also the full length mirror should have been in the main room instead of in the corner of the bathroom..

Check in was smooth, easy and fast. The room was on the 7th floor. The view was facing the river and was awesome. Room was clean and good overall but did have some issues. The remote did not have batteries. The light switches were confusing. We could not figure out which light switch turned on which light. Air Conditioner would not go below 70 degrees till overnight/early morning. Shower was very nice. Rooftop bar has very nice views. It was hot but more bearable when then sun goes down. The only downside to the rooftop bar was the food was expensive small portions and not good. It seems like they overdid the food by trying to make it fancy. Just stick to what works. The restaurant was very nice. Food was awesome. The perpercorn salmon was exceptional. Valet was good. Front desk was great. Bar tenders were good on rooftop. Bar tender next to restaurant in lobby was not that good. No conversation and did not look like he/she wanted to be there.

Nice hotel with nice amenities. Love the rooftop bar and friendly staff. However, the air conditioning was broken in the hallways as was the ice machine on our floor.

Need to get a faster check in process

In a great area!!! The parking is not attached, so walking in the rain is not pleasant. Valet at $19 is a lot considering I would also tip. There was old trash in my trash can and there was a door missing in my room! Unacceptable. The air doesn’t go lower than 67

We stayed for 3 nights recently and were pretty disappointed by the fact that housekeeping did not come to our room once to clean. The bed was never made, the towels were never replaced. It put a really bad taste in our mouth considering how expensive it was to stay here during a military event weekend. Additionally, we paid extra during booking for valet parking for the duration of our stay, but no one ever explained how to use it - the valet checkout process forced you to 'pay' to request your car, and we didn't know there was a workaround method to not pay at the time of requesting the vehicle, which resulted in us getting charged the full valet fee. Hotel said they could not help because the valet is done through a different company and we'd have to dispute through them directly. It just seemed like something that should have been clearly listed for anything buying the valet add-on. The hotel itself was nice, we were happy with the way the lobby and rooftop bar looked. But service was just generally lacking. I could not believe the lack of cleaning. Not worth the price whatsoever.

I booked my trip through Expedia in advance fora few days. First time staying in this hotel. Arriving a was checked in and charged the deposit. Ok. The next day I was charged a lodging fee, the third day again I was charged another lodging fee. Called the front desk. A man took my info and put me on hold and left me there. The day I checked out I was charged two more lodging fees. Totaling $1300 on top of the $700 I had already paid. I called to ask why I was being charged when my stay was already paid for. A manager was supped to call me back. Did not called me back.
