Clean room, amazing staff

Easy check-in they were very friendly and gave me a heads up about the area and local traffic. The room was nice spacious and clean.

I wanted to stay another night in my room, but was booked. It was a nice, clean room.

The property look nice but the room had no hot water. And the door stuck so that it was difficult to open and close. The one person working was fine.

This was a last minute booking, so we were pleased with our choice. The room was clean, staff was friendly . Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was pitiful! The biscuits were hard and tasteless. Coffee was in a different room from the breakfast area. The 1st morning coffee was ok, but the 2nd morning coffee was not available because the 2 ladies working did not know how to work the machine.

Comfy for a night. Pretty quiet, liked some of the features like the light on the floor that comes on when you walk by so you can see at night without blinding yourself. Room was large. Close to lots of food options.

Clean room better found hair around the bed and bathroom

Nothing! The bathroom and toilet was not cleaned, there were dirty towels on the floor, black spots on the pillows and noise from above that was not addressed. I simply asked to be moved to a different room and was told to wait until the morning.

The location, parking, and convenience to restaurants were great. The check-in process/line was long due to staff slowness. The room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, even though it was a non-smoking room.
