Such a lovely experience super clean and staff was available to help at anytime the theme of the hotel was so unique we loved it

Perfect location for our visit to USC. Lovely hotel and nice to have food and drinks with a relaxing porch after a long drive.

Very nice and safe location

We only stayed for one night. The decor is incredibly cute, blending various colors and patterns. The room size was sufficient. Bathroom was small, but efficient. Where it fell short was the staff wasn’t very engaging. I texted w them w/o very clear answers or responses. We were here for a university tour and the hotel is right on campus, yet the staff didn’t seem to know where the main visitor center was. At check in, I had to ask for a map of the area / campus.

Room wasn’t ready until around 4:30 which was a little inconvenient. Location is great.

Graduate at USC is one of my favorite places to stay in Columbia! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant and bar offer great options.

Amazing room and staff Would stay again

This property was our favorite by far. Lots of cute wallpaper, super clean and the staff was extremely kind.

Outstanding stay! My wife and I have stayed here many times. It is the choice hotel for us when we are in Columbia! Safe location, great staff, wonderful place to rest and relax!

What I didn’t like-there was a horrible odor in the hallway where something was either spilled or water dripped. The carpet was wet for 3 days without a humidifier or an attempt to clean it up.

Staff was helpful and courteous.

Staff was not present most of the time at front desk. When there were there, they were not very friendly.

Very fun hotel. I"m not even a USC grad or fan and I thought all the details were really thoughtful and fun. The in house bar/restaurant was very solid after a long day on the road. There was an issue with their computers which made check in a bit of a pain but the staff did a great job communicating and helping and trying to sort it out.

We love staying at this hotel every time we’re in Columbia. It’s centrally located, close to USC, restaurants, shops, and the staff is friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!
