I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—when I accidentally went to the wrong entrance, a guest services representative actually walked over to meet me and guided me straight to the front desk. That level of service is rare! The entire property was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Polite, helpful staff and a fantastic experience overall.

The room was quite nice. Bed was super comfortable. The location can not be beat to great restaurants, breweries and adorable shops. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Colombia.

Another issue was the room service charge. Before ordering soup, I specifically asked if there would be any room service fee, and I was told there would not. However, they charged us anyway. The issue isn't the fee itself, I would have had no problem going downstairs to pick up the soup myself. The problem is that I was given incorrect information and charged after being told there would be no additional cost. Overall, the misleading information and the poor condition of the first room made our experience much less enjoyable than expected.
