Hotel has so much character and history, and still felt stylish and comfortable. Location is great for walking around Colorado Springs.

The hotel was charming and the staff was incredibly nice. The italian restaurant, Oro, attached to the hotel was excellent and had unique offerings. Great little coffee bar in the lobby along with a lobby bar. I would definitely stay again if I go back to visit Colorado Springs.

The Mining Exchange was the last stop on a 16 day road trip. It was the perfect ending. The hotel is just adorable, classy, and special. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Communication is done through text and they were always responsive. The room was wonderfully decorated and more spacious than anticipated. Great mattresses and linens. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. The bar was also lovely with knowledgeable staff and good drinks. I can't say enough positive comments about this property. Excellent stay! I would stay again and again.

Furniture in the suite was marginal and uncomfortable! Furniture in lobby was soiled/stained, and decor was dated. Staff was a perfect 10!
