Decent hotel. Was there one night.

Rooms were great, prices were amazing and the pool was nice and warm.

I understand needing to charge now for the omelets at breakfast due to the high cost of eggs (and the omelets ARE still excellent!) However, I do miss the yogurt and fruit at breakfast. Some staff more helpful than others-the morning desk person who made sure our toilet got fixed was great; the person from two nights before apparently didn't even put in a work order. Glad the hours are long at the pool; I enjoy swimming laps early or late, when not interfering with kids enjoying the pool.

Falcon bar restaurant wS out of everything we asked for.

Awesome hotel for the price. Nice location

Traveling with family so we loved the indoor pool, large atrium, and the best quality breakfast we’ve had. The staff was fantastic. Helpful and professional.

I really enjoyed our one-night stay for my son's soccer game weekend. The area was clean and really well maintained; the kids loved the pool. Just wish there was a jacuzzi (for myself) otherwise it would have been awesome! The only thing was I was excited for breakfast we went to eat around 830 am, there was little to no food left there was barely any more like scraps left which was a little frustrating just because we all wanted a good breakfast for the long day in the sun. Just wished there were more variety/options available. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

They gave my room to a group. Saw me with a lot of baggage and gave me a cart and then proceeded to put us in a room on the second floor without an elevator. Then the room had nasty walls and the bathroom fan didn't work and the TV didn't work. My comforter on my bed had animal hair in it and I did not have an animal with me. Poor service and will not stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that there were enough towels and pillows. Great beds!

The property was aged and needing some updating. The staff at the desk was always helpful especially at check in and our door would not close. They changed our rooms and after 2 nights I realized our door keys were not working and it was still blinking red but we could open the door. We did not need the key we could just walk in. We reported this to the desk and it was to be repaired while we were out and we came back that evening and we were still able to just push the door open. We reported it again the next morning when we checked out. The breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast.

Very nice!
-
My only thing is that during breakfast, it was hard to find a table that had been cleared and clean, which is more about the people who stayed there not clearing their place, than the hotel. but they may need more employees during that time to help out.
-
Great breakfast. Cool atrium like lobby and pool area. Arcade machines broken. TV did not work and staff just blamed weather without attempting to fix even though our other room had tv.

服务态度不好

I stayed there last year and it was great. This time, it was awful. The front desk was not manned in the evening. They never answered my phone call. My tv did not work. It took 2 visits. My keys to my door did not work. The breakfast was not good. No one was making omelets. It did not have any juices one day. No one was around when it was supposed to open. Very disappointed.

The rooms are outdated. But the main/common areas are beautiful

We’ve been staying at the Academy for more than 20 years but this visit was very disappointing. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to get us in our room a few minutes early which was greatly appreciated. However, the hot breakfast buffet that has kept us coming back all these years was understaffed and getting plates and help was difficult. The usual made-to-order omelets are no longer included and buffet food was sub-par.

Bed was terribly soft.
-
Overall excellent hotel and proximity to the freeway made it even better! Closer to the GoG and lots of choice for food.

Location was excellent
