Need some updating. Some of the stuff is just worn out

No coffee cups, no glasses. Plastic on the chair arms was almost completely worn off with the dirty foam showing. No card with info on wifi. When I tried the info I got from the front desk, I couldn't connect.

The breakfast was pretty good compared to what other similar hotels offered. Being on the second floor without an elevator made getting heavy items to our room difficult. Some staff were very helpful. Room was small and noisy.

Location was perfect. Close to grocery store and shopping. Needs to be updated. Maybe a refresh. Smelled like cigarettes and the building is non smoking. We had an iron, but no ironing board.

Location and the fact we had a pool side suite. The bed was real soft.

The staff were rude. Rooms were overpriced and outdated

The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed before I got there. The toilet seat was wet for some reason. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom floor was filthy. The sink had trouble draining and was leaking underneath and there was a puddle under it on the floor when I first walked into the room. There were also bits of what looked like dry wall in the puddle under the sink. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was clearly not working because the bathroom was so humid the toilet paper was damp. There were also fruit flies all over the room. Thankfully the ONE clean thing was the bed.

Just average, outdated and nothing to write a positive review about. Breakfast area had no available seating and many of the items were out or not replenished by 8:30am.

It is a good choice for a low to mid level hotel. It was clean and had comfortable beds

It was near the hospital We could not get any heat in the room

Room was filled with cigarette smoke when we arrived. We were unable to be moved to a different room. We were told we would be reimbursed for items to help clean the room --never got reimbursed. We were told we would get a discount for each night. That did not happen. Pool was closed when we arrived for maintenance

Was quiet, staff friendly. Good breakfast. Stores nearby. Building needs updating. Poor lighting over the sink for getting ready in the morning.

Location There is no light in the room. Seems kinda dark

Room was recently updated, but the shower rain was clogged and the toilet was not sealed to the floor. One recommendation would be better lighting by the sink and mirror Otherwise our visit was good..

It was located next to eating and grocery. Easy access from highway. Close and easy trip to hospital.
