Good stay. Clean. Comfy. Big bathroom. Valet is mandatory - or find a place to park your car yourself. Sketchy neighborhood.

hotel was clean, staff was very helpful, and location was great. just make sure you plan for the valet costs, $60 per night. no garage available to park yourself.

I finally asked, “Do you work here?” One of them replied, “Yes. Why?” What a service… To make matters worse, my room wasn’t ready yet. I asked the guy at the front desk how long it would take to get the room ready, and he simply said, “I don’t know,” without even a smile. So I waited at the bar for about an hour and paid for my own drink. Not exactly the kind of welcome you’d expect from a hotel.

Staff was first rate. Both in hotel and restaurant Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable. I thought the doors to rooms strange.

The staff here are not friendly or helpful at all. No one has name tags so specific feedback can’t be given. They don’t take cash to buy snacks and demand you charge to your room.

Room was Comfy and clean .. had free appetizers an wine between 5 and 6 PM and A free Delicious Breakfast
