It's on a busy street, so I recommend ear plugs for sleeping.

It was attractive, secure, private, and clean.

Location Very cramped room, no access to bed from both sides. Electrical wires are hanging all over.

AMAZING LOCATION!! Sheets were dirty. Furniture was outdated and not sturdy.

The shower curtain was cloth so water was all over the floor I try my best so water wouldn't go on the floor.

Location and pool nice to swim after the beach! Owners were wonderful! Beach towels included!

Everything I needed and what I wanted to see was walkable which made it awesome.

Walking distance to Pier 60 and so much more.

Adorable place right in the middle of everything. The owner is sweet and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the pool is right outside. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. The air conditioner worked really well. For great coffee, go to BAD ASS COFFEE down the road. Amazing! There really is no "office". Just the owner/caretakers apartment. We wanted to store bags when we arrived early, so they let us place our bags in the room the guest just checked out of. But there is no option to store bags when you check out. So, we just sat with our bags for an hour on the pool deck until out ride arrived. Just FYI to make alternate plans to go to the airport or your next destination early. We went to a brewery until our next place was available, with all our bags. There is a sign on the microwave (that we didn't see until we were leaving) that the mugs/dishes in the room are cleaned in the room and not sanitized to food and beverage standards. That was so odd to me. The mugs still had water in them at the bottom when we checked in the room. Kinda gross. I confirmed that there was a coffee maker in the room before we arrived. Well, it was a tin of ground coffee about 75% used with a silver spoon inside and no filters. We found a great coffee place to go to instead. The room was clean, pillows were rather thin. Bed was ok. I feel we paid a higher price due to spring break and spring training time of year, but the rate for what we got was way over what I would ever pay. Also, if you call to confirm your reservation, be sure to tell them when you booked and when you are checking in. There was a lot of confusion 2 days before my arrival that was unnecessary. Overall, honestly, for the location alone, I would probably stay here again but would be better prepared.
