Hotel Cabana Clearwater Beach

Great location, great staff, rooms were clean. Beach is close by to walk to. Outside is quiet at night so you wont have trouble sleeping.

During our previous visit, the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff was always around, everything was organized, and you never saw a piece of garbage anywhere. This time, the property felt very unkempt and neglected. There was garbage scattered on the grass around the pool area, the pool did not seem to be cleaned regularly, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were nowhere near what we remembered. It was also difficult to find staff around the property when we needed someone, and everything just felt much less organized and cared for than during our previous stay. We did receive towels whenever we needed them, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the towels had a strong smoke smell, which was very unpleasant. Overall, this stay was nothing like our last experience. It was disappointing to return to a place we remembered being so clean, welcoming, and well maintained and see such a noticeable decline. I really hope management can bring Hotel Cabana back to the standard it had before because we truly enjoyed our first stay there.

Great stay in a great location! It’s close to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer, but still far enough for a tranquil vacation.

We had a great time thank you beside it stating we had free parking and the rental place told us to park elsewhere which I believe that is wrong if it stated we had free parking

The overall location is great. Not near all the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but those tourist areas are a short five minute drive. The location is a block away from North Beach, which is a lot quieter and I appreciated that more. The beach does not offer chair rentals just an FYI.. there was ample parking around the hotel and there was usually a free spot next to the hotel and I didn’t have to pay for any of the nights I was there which was nice. The hotel was well kept and the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the towels were unbelievably soft. It was as if they were both brand new. I do wish my North petite room had a standup mirror. And just an FYI, the bathrooms are small as the pictures look. There are no outlets in the bathroom either so when I had to blow dry and straighten my hair, I had to unplug the lambs and sit on the bed to do so. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The area was scetchy. We drove arround totally lost on where to go. The noise from the other rooms was annoying. The staff were not helpful. We ended up leaving and booking another room.

The cleanliness of the room was everything. The place is very well kept. Plenty of towels and there were plenty of beach chairs available to use when we were there. Easy access to the beach as well. I'd definitely stay again in the future.

This hotel was very nice room a little small, but it was only two people so it was perfect! Staff were extremely helpful! Walking distance to a lot of things, especially the beach! I had a wonderful time thank you.

The room was amazing. The rooms were super cute, decorated retro 80’s. We had the best time!

I’m known my reservation was for a small room but I didn’t know that was too small.The bed was kind of size but the mattress wasn’t comfortable.Pool need more maintenance.Kids making noise. Have to leave before one day check out .

This was a beautiful boutique hotel—so clean & safe for people with sensitivities! No cleaning chemicals smell on anything, saltwater pool with no itchy stinky chlorine smell. This is the first place I’ve ever stayed where I could actually use the provided toiletries & touch the linens! I’d recommend this place for people with Mast Cell disease or any other health issues that causes sensitivities. Also most of the ground floor is ADA accessible, some uneven concrete but still accessible in a chair. I had the Petite suite poolside & the bathroom was too tight for a chair, but I think one of the larger units would be fine. I don’t require a wheelchair just letting others know bc traveling with health issues can be so hard it’s great to find an awesome place that also is accessible.
