Front desk must have been helping another guest- didn’t get helped until about 10 minutes after arrival. I need to get used to understaffing

5 stars, staff, property hotel room. Everything was Excellent for me. Will be back in the future!

Window shade wasn't working.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The fire alarm went off at 9:30am. This location has a history of this. I feel that they are doing this to get people to leave early.

The price was great and very nice place.

The bed was so comfortable and the hotel was nice and comfortable. Affordable garage parking across the street. Within close walking distance to bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean but the room smelled a tiny bit musty. Also, it was a bummer that the restaurant is closed on Mondays.

The actual pillows didn’t smell fresh the pillow cover cases didn’t smell fresh , there was some brown crumbles I don’t know what it was on the rug. In addition; I went to use the gym the sanitizing wipes were brown and dried out, the towels were no fresh they seemed to be sitting there on shelf for awhile. The elliptical machine did not work I tried to put my weight and choose a program after turning on and it would keep turning off. The gym is not kept up and I feel the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned.

Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage lady not sure if I would be back there 8-22-26

Everything great but you can't close the shade in the room

Nice room, good cleaning; the room was pretty cold, and air was fresh, we had a good sleep there; the Breakfast was good in general; the location is perfect; offside parking is 12.5 $ per day (very close, just a next building), there are also some more affordable options a little bit far away. In general, we enjoyed the stay, thank you very much! There was some issue with shower (water is either too cold or too hot), but maybe we just did not get how to use it right. Also I would like to have a few more healthy options for breakfast, like oat (the only healthy options were egg scramble, chia pudding, and yogurt with fruits and berries, but it also was too sweet)

First room: carpet soaked from air conditioner. Went down to get key for different room.. Came up and moved to new room (no help). New room had tv on and bed partly turned down. Later we found car keys and this morning noticed coffee stain on sheets. Seems it was being used by empliyees.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff was the best part of the visit for me. After another hotel cancelled my room for overbooking as I was arriving in town, I had to scramble to find another room. I called and they immediately verified they had a room available and got me all set up 10 minutes before I got to the property. Their kindness was very appreciated and if i return to Cincinnati, I will stay here again!

Loved the hotel. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Check in at 3;30, not so much! The front desk girl was very rude. The other girl later that night was fantastic. The girl at check out the next day was great.

Good room great staff decent breakfast just need to make sure rooms have remote control on them
