Beautiful relaxed setting. Gorgeous views. Perfect combination of activities vs. simply relaxing. My only complaint was that the restaurant menu was somewhat limiting. It would have been nice to have more varied options and more vegetarian options for lunch vs. dinner

The room was spacious with beautiful view. Not much to do from activities perspective, beach was closed, kayak rentals were not open for the season. Breakfast was booked out due to Mothers Day weekend,

Cons: Room decor was tired. The food menu choices are limited. Breakfast buffet for $20 is the only choice and food was not good both days we ate there. Lunch was Ok. Suggest adding specials to menus.

The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. Also, because of the poor Wi-Fi connection, we could not work the TV. Even with the password, it was not connecting and was essentially useless. The place is gorgeous and the views are incredible so if you’re looking for a romantic getaway or an escape from everyday life, I highly recommend.

Rooms not great for staying while skiing in terms of putting stuff down and organization, tight, but in was lovely otherwise and views were great.

Wonderful staff, fabulous food, lovely setting! We had a wonderful stay at the Inn over the holidays! Daughter and I had a Spa treatment as well. I also lost a hat on property, the housekeeping staff found it and the Inn mailed it back! 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed in a luxury room in the main building. The lodge was very cozy, comfortable and convenient. There was a cozy restaurant downstairs with great service and they had many board games and puzzles to play by the fireplace. They also had a hot tub, sledding and firepit outside. The picture they show on the website with the vaulted ceilings is for a private lodge rental, not the actual hotel. I thought it was the actual hotel when I booked. If you are a light sleeper, the walls are very thin and the doors are very loud when they close. I was woken up by the people upstairs walking in the middle of the night and the closing of doors. Maybe request a room at the end of the hallway upstairs. We also had to crack a window at night because even at the lowest setting the radiators had us cooking in the room. On the first night they ran out of hot water by evening, as the hotel was fully occupied. I could have waited an hour or two to shower if I wanted hot water, or I recommend showering early.

Absolutely wonderful! The hotel and staff were great. We deeply appreciated the upgrade! No one wanted to leave.

Staff not overly impressive-hostess at dining room let people wait for almost 10 mins before acknowledging them (not at a busy time) This place needs an elevator!!!!! Paid almost $350 per night and had to carry a heavy suitcase and bags up to 3rd floor!! Have stayed for less Money at many nicer properties
