The Willows Hotel

I complained to the desk clerk.. He just laughed and said they called the room “ the Dungeon”.. No offer to move us There was no warning that we were reserving a room referred to by the hotel staff as “ the dungeon” And over $300 per nite.. Others in our party paid same and were in larger rooms.. Good location but ridiculous accommodation !

This is a nice, clean property with a very friendly and helpful staff. Great area of town with everything walking distance including Wrigley Field. The room we were assigned was way too small for 2 people. Fine for one person. Didn't ask to change because we spent majority of our time away from the property and we were only there for a couple days. If it would've been a longer trip, we would asked for a larger room, which appeared to be available.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There weren’t amenities like a gym or pool, but the lobby was cute and cozy. They also served coffee all day with cookies at 4pm. The location was great for food, so many cafes and nice restaurants!

Great location, very clean and spacious. Staff were exceptional, never felt like we bothered them. Cookies every day at 4pm, coffee and hot water 24/7. Delightful hotel! No complaints

The rooms and linens were clean and the mattress comfortable, so I was pretty disappointed at the bugs and ants in my room especially since priced high.

Of lake view. Very clean and quiet. Rooms are small but very comfortable. The area Is great for walking around and browsing in the little shops. Plenty of restaurants in the area. There is a parking garage very close or Paid parking on the street

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Nice staff, comfy rooms & great air conditioning!! It was hot & humid when we went & the AC was exactky what we needed for a good night’s sleep. Convenient location-walk to Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe’s, TJ Maxx & restaurants! Highly recommend!

The only negative feedback was that every morning around 7:30 am.——loud garbage trucks came by next door apartment building to empty numerous dumpsters!

Clean. Room 525 very small. Excellent and safe location. Young gentleman working front during the day was extra helpful.

Very charming hotel in a great location with parking garage one block from hotel. There is no continental breakfast as described but there is coffee and hot water for tea every morning. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The pancake house was very close for breakfast every morning. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful in helping us navigate the area. We would definitely stay here again!
