The guys that checked me on Monday afternoon were courteous and prompt. The room was exceptional. Corner unit that was quiet and clean. Love the neighborhood the hotel is located. Short walk to the redline

The best part was the location which was a 5 minute walk to the Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago. Its a Best Western with an more modern,upscale feel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A really nice coffee shop next door which I enjoyed every day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and nice hotel in an area flooded with hotels.Across from The Four Seasons.

Staff was great! Room was good but we barely were in it. I will say some lights in our room flickered when turning on like haunted mansion style. Bathroom needs updating even just basic updates.

Nice quiet stay. Near everything literally staff was amazingly helpful and caring and accommodating. Not a party hotel def for calm collective folks but nice! 10/10

But it was an incredibly affordable and safe stay. The minor inconveniences weren't terrible, but I'm not sure if I would stay here again.
