Hotel was very clean, room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of food places and to our destination (soldier field). Would highly recommend this place. Although I wished they offered free breakfast. Breakfast comes with extra cost.

Was able to check in early even with a busy Friday due to the BTS concert happening the same day.

Had a great experience. Everything was great did not disappoint 🙌. Had an event at soldier field not a far walk from hotel to soldier field.
-
Room was clean and staff was ready to assist with all my needs. Floor was quiet and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again in the future

The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and the hotel is walking distance from Soldier Field. Very convenient!

Beautiful hotel. I had a room with a lake view, it was very nice. Restaurant was still open after the concert, which was great because I was starving!

We parked in parking garage across the street, it was very convenient having the pedestrian walkway above. Although in my opinion if you’re staying in the hotel you shouldn’t be charged an extra $40 to park there considering I paid over $500 for one night. Just my opinion. The room very clean and spacious with plenty of storage for clothes. The room an an ironing board with iron tucked away nicely in a closet. There was coffee and and a bottle of water but we didn’t use either. The beds were comfy, pillows a little hard for my liking but others may prefer that. The sheets were clean as well as everything else in the room, including the air vents which many hotels overlook. The hotel in general is very nice and clean and would highly suggest it as an option if you’re coming to Chicago. We didn’t get to use the amenities because again, we only there one night. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Marquis in Chicago. We only stayed one night because we were in town for a concert at Soldier Field. The hotel was very nice and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest benefit for us was staying in a nice hotel in a safe area that was within walking distance to the stadium. The walk to Soldier Field is beautiful and takes only about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

We were driving into town from the Milwaukee area for a concert at Soldier Field. we were, of course, dealing with expected traffic. Once we actually got to the hotel checkin was very quick. Rooms were ready early and parking was next Door very easy to access with a pedestrian bridge attached to the hotel. There are several elevators for the many floors, and it was extremely quiet in our room. Did not hear anybody else and I know there are tons of people staying there. The walk to soldier field was very easy from there. Great place to stay for that area.

Solid accomodations! Bathrooms in the lobby/conference? spaces could've been made easier to find, the maps were kind of confusing, a you are here star on them would've made all the difference. Also I do love a good free continental breakfast though and they didn't have any. They did seem to have a promotion for free breakfast for 2? But it could've been advertised better, I also had more than 2 for our room so wouldn't have mattered for us but worth noting anyway. But aside from those 2 relatively small things, really great stay! Do recommend!

I really like this hotel. We stayed there for Loolapooluza. It was not far and I like to work out in the gym, the gym was enormous and clean, and I loved it. The room was nice too. I also liked that we came back late from the festival and the restaurant was still open.
