Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago-Downtown

The staff were super friendly! Was nice to have breakfast included. The hotel itself needs updating and the carpets replaced at a minimum. It’s an easy area to get in and out of and local to everything.

Clean room, good breakfast, Mag Mile steps away. Valet Parking was great!

The bed sofa and the chair were very dirty.

Average hotel but did the job. Clean and staff very friendly

I liked that the train station was close (red line) and was walking distance to magnificent mile and bus transportation. The hotel also provided light refreshments which really nice. The hotel was pretty much walking distance to a lot of the attractions I wanted to see on my visit.

Clean, spacious and free breakfast was a plus! Great for families! Swimming pool was great when it was chilly out!

Beds were clean, bathrooms were well kept. Their suits were perfect for a family

I had an issue with the sink where the water was going down too slow and the stopper was broken to where i could not get it opened. The hot water took between 5-10 minutes to come on when taking a shower when I turned it on all the way. The room had a funny smell to it that we had to sleep with masks on.

All good generally speaking. Sofa a bit old. Queen bed and bathroom were great. Breakfast quitte complete and staff fantastique.

Pictures looks nothing like the hotel hotel looks ran down and old and it had a bad smell to it hotel hard to find

However, the hotel is showing its age. The furniture is old, the shower head wasn't working, there was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The kitchen wasn't stocked (no dish soap or sponge, no microwave, not convenient for cooking). And the laundry room has only 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the washing machines was broken for over a week and doing laundry was difficult because of high demand.

Staff was exceptional. Room outlets need updating. They were pulling off wall when we’d go to pull our chargers out of them. Other than that, this place has all you need. Great location and breakfast is plentiful with great variety and very friendly employees.

My family and I had an amazing stay! We had the most beautiful city view! We stayed in a suit and had a small kitchen available with a small fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, utensils as well. It was like staying at a small apartment. We had smart tvs. There was a lot of shopping stores near by and restaurants. We also had a boat tour two blocks away. They also have Valet available for $72 a day. We will definitely be staying here again!
