The cleaning staff were quite nice, though there were a few previous marking and stains on parts of the walls. They were very attentive and quick with cleaning. The stay was pretty alright overall, and was close to lots of great things in the city. N Michigan Ave for shopping (just 3 streets over), Portillo's, Millennium Park (10 minute walk) and so much more. With the Red line just a block down, its a great hotel to go to from MDW Airport.

We had a great 2 day stay! The location was great, staff was so friendly, and our room was nice. The only thing was the leaking shower head, but we endured!

Nice downtown location. Nice pool, staff were helpful and allowed us to park before our room was ready. Room was ready early. Breakfast was nice

The people from the Valet Parking are amazing and very friendly! The moment we checked in and also when we checked out. Nice and welcoming people.

It was beyond my expectations. I love everything about the property.

Most of the interior has been recently renovated, making the room feel fresh, new, and very comfortable. Having three separate faucets was incredibly convenient. Also, there was a large TV in the living space, which was a great and convenient feature. The shower and bathtub were extremely outdated and didn't look very clean. Also, while there was a table and chairs for dining, the refrigerator was tiny, and no basic dishes or silverware were provided.

We loved the location of the hotel! The front desk and bag check staff were super friendly. The staff during the evening reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful! We loved the complimentary drinks munchies on the evening and the breakfast was amazing! It’s the first hotel we have stayed in for years that came in and freshened up the room with clean towels coffee etc. what a treat! We will definitely book this hotel again next year when we come to Chicago!

I love Embassy Suites. The hotel is close to everything so we walked majority everywhere, Great amenities! The only thing was the room it was clean and nice, but the bathroom tub was peeling and the drain was rusted.
