Rooms were smaller, but very efficient for a couple nights stay in the city to see BTS! My daughter and I got two twin beds, looked so small, but they were very comfortable with nice linens, nice heavy comforter, we slept well, large TV although we never turned it on…nice food court type spot across from hotel with great food selections, good coffee and tea too. Everything was very convenient except maybe parking, a little cumbersome with luggage and stuff requiring to walk a couple blocks, but not horrible either, have sidewalks of course, walkable city. Don’t forget to have your parking ticket stamped at the hotel for a cheaper rate. I would stay here again and recommend it as well. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak to that but definitely recommend the food court across the street, Seedo’s is incredible and we got really good Bulgogi in the Korean food shop as well…

Everything was great except the parking. You prepay for the affiliated garage a few blocks away, which you aren’t informed of until a few hours before checkin..and then when leaving they tried to double charge us. After 30 minutes of being gaslighted and yelled at by several members of the parking staff, they finally let us leave but it was an awful experience in that regard.

Eh walls are super thin.

Clean, very well maintained and the snacks offered were a nice touch!
-
Beds way small felt a lil cramped. It was the best price wise and all we could find short notice
-
I feel like the rooms have a lot of dust, and there is no refrigeration.

Thanks

The hotel was well located. The staff was helpful. However, the hotel was quite old for the price we paid.

Excellent staff

Getting the breakfast with your room is well worth it, full breakfast and good portions. Rooms where comfortable, not small and clean The location was perfect, close to everything.

Great location.

I wish I would have known the levels in order to get the fridge and microwave in my room. The bed wasn't comfortable and the room was small.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the towels were thick and fluffy. The handheld shower head was very nice and although I didn't use the items, a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser was available. Also there was a fridge and microwave. The location was great and I would stay there again. Walkable to Navy Pier

Yesica was so much fun to talk to! And the older woman at front desk, who I unfortunately did not get her name, was so sweet and kind and funny, she was our favorite too! Room was exactly what we needed for our stay, somewhere to sleep and get ready to take on our adventures in Chicago :) great location and walking distance to so many spots! Thank you!

The look of the room was clean, but it had the worst mildew smell ever that stayed the whole time. And very outdated. Not worth what we spent for just one night.

Quiet atmosphere Comfortable room and bed Central location Friendly staff Easy check in Having to pay for the in room snacks

Exactly what I needed for a 4 day business trip and the restaurant downstairs has a great pub feel and the option to order to the room!
-
Very small room but a good location. Good for one night.

It was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend it. I’d definitely love to comeback there and visit
