Great place to stay if you go to Chicago
-
The location in Printers Row is wonderfully quiet, yet super convenient. There are Divvy bike rental stations and an CTA Orange Line station within short walking distance, making getting around the city a breeze. Highly recommended!
-
The hotel is spotless, the staff friendly and attentive, and the location perfect for enjoying all Chicago has to offer.

Excellent!!!

Since our room wasn’t ready, we decided to leave our luggage with the hotel, valet our car, and head to the baseball game. When we returned, our room was ready and we were able to check in. That’s when we met Eric—and he completely changed the tone of our stay. He was absolutely amazing! He made the check-in process easy, was incredibly welcoming, and left such a great impression on us. Each evening, we were genuinely excited to see him. His hospitality and customer service were easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, other than Eric’s fantastic hospitality, nothing else about the hotel really stood out to us. Eric deserves recognition for going above and beyond and making what started as a disappointing experience much better.

Very clean hotel. All employees were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely choose here to stay here again in the future. Most things are about 30 minutes walking distance if you’re looking for shopping in tourist attractions. Very doable if you have really good walking shoes.

One downside: we were on the second floor, and the area around the hotel got noisy from time to time during the night. That, however, is to be expected in a big city, and we loved our stay enough that the noise did not impact it. Overall, we would highly recommend Hotel Blake!

Super cute hotel with very friendly staff. Short walk to Grant Park and Lake Michigan made for great sight seeing. Easy access to the train stops as well. Really good restaurant attached that has quality food. Homemade breads, jams and organic eggs were super delicious.

I booked my room very late at night, actually after midnight, and the staff did everything they could to help me get checked in without making excuses or making the situation difficult. I was traveling alone, so I called the hotel before booking just to make sure I would be able to check in. I had already had a really disappointing experience with another hotel that night, where I arrived and they didn’t have a room for me, so I was honestly a little stressed. The staff here completely changed my night. They were so helpful, patient, and respectful. They made me feel like I was a special guest even though I’m just a regular customer. Every time I didn’t understand something, they explained it again and spoke to me very politely without making me feel uncomfortable at all. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, my room was very clean, and everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. As a woman traveling alone, feeling comfortable and taken care of means a lot to me. Thank you so much to the staff for making this part of my solo trip such a positive experience. I truly appreciate how you treated me and I would definitely stay here again. ❤️

The rooms were clean and staff were super polite and friendly

most comfortable hotel beds that I’ve slept in

Stayed for a few nights during the week. Hotel is very nice and staff was accommodating. only issues with our room was that one of our lights keep flickering on and off, which was the main light next to the bed so we just didnt turn it on. Also, one of the three (shampoo/conditioner/bodysoap) was detach (3m attached to shower tiles) from the wall and just left on the floor when we arrived. Just small things, which didn’t take away from our stay, would stay here again in future.
