Great place to stay for our quick drive out to Utah. Helpful staff, easy check-in and checkout.

Pool and hot tub were broke. Paid extra so we could hot tub after a day in the car. But nope BROKE. And wouldn’t refund our money.

Quiet, very clean and the staff is so so. Nice.... breakfast was amazing

We were impressed with this hotel. It was a great price and very clean. Staff were all friendly. We had a 2 queen room and it was very spacious and had 9 foot ceilings to make it feel even larger. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really clean and nice. The location was perfect. The breakfast was really good. They had scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes a couple of days, and then omelets and breakfast potatoes another day. Had all the cold stuff you’d expect like muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. This hotel also offers free lemonade and ice water in the hotel lobby, as well as fresh baked cookies at the hotel counter. I have never seen that before and it was a really nice touch. We would absolutely stay here again!! I picked this hotel because the price was lower than several others so I was worried it wouldn’t be that great. I was so pleased! Don’t hesitate to book this place!!

They let us check in well earlier, which was appreciated after a long night of driving.

Room wasn’t very clean stains on carpet and walls

The location The carpet was very old and dirty in the hallways and in the room. The bathroom had chipped paint and soap scum stains. The room was so musty smelling. Definitely NOT the five stars it was given. The staff however were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

good breakfast, nice room with good heat and A/C, fresh cookies at check in. The bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly. Water backed up in them when washing hands or taking a shower. Occupancy was high during the weekend of our stay and finding parking was a challenge

This hotel was great! The rooms with two double beds and bunk beds is perfect for a family! The pool area is great and clean! Great breakfast as well. Very clean and well kept!

The hotel was extremely dirty, hallways, room carpet, elevator. Breakfast was terrible! Couldn’t even eat it. Will never stay there again.

Stopped here for the night since I was needing to come to Cheyenne. A very nice hotel.

My granddaughter enjoyed the pool very much. Breakfast had several options to choose from and good. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

Everything about our stay was perfect including the AC!

The stay was excellent, family friendly, and comfortable! The pool was unique with a kiddy pool and fountains, very fun, but the pool needed to be cleaned. The front counter staff are very friendly and the breakfast lady was amazing! Breakfast was good, the food was warm and filling. Really enjoyed the green chili! The room 134, also known as the "Chuck wagon " room was clean and comfortable, although the tub drain does not drain while shower is on and the shower and bathroom floor were not cleaned well. The one thing that REALLY stood out was the fresh baked cookies! DELICIOUS! Over all the stay was amazing!

Well maintained facility with friendly people. Close to highway for easy commute, near gas stations and restaurants.

We visited Cheyenne in July for the Cheyenne Frontier Days. The hotel was conveniently located and was a short drive to town and festivities. The hotel staff were friendly but hotel and rooms were outdated and minimally cleaned. It was manageable for our stay but the price per night for these accommodations (over $400), was much too high.

Our room was updated and clean but had definite musty smell which was not appealing. The breakfast was good selection. Only negative was the eggs that were definitely over cooked to point of very unappealing. The lobby had fresh cookies in the evening which was a nice gesture. Outback Steakhouse is within walking distance which was great.
