​Pros: ​Exceptional Staff: 5 stars for the front desk and hotel team—extremely courteous, polite, and responsive throughout our stay. ​Cons: ​Room Issues: Our first room had a toilet running all night. Staff quickly upgraded us to a new room, but both rooms had visible spots of uncleanliness. ​Disappointing Pool Area: The pool was unusable—green, cloudy, and had visible used bandaids floating in it. ​Property Grounds: A strong smell of marijuana was present every time we stepped outside the hotel. ​Neutral: ​Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was just average, though about what we expected for a standard hotel stay. ​While the outstanding service from the team was appreciated, the hygiene standards of the rooms and the pool area prevented this from being a top-tier stay.

The hotel was clean. However my room was not clean as it could have been. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the toilet and inside the tub. The tub/shower was clogged so I was unable to shower in the morning. Cold water. The staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. My pet fee was waived due to the inconvenience of cold water and clogged tub/shower. Good for a one night stay.

This hotel is wonderful. There are no negatives at all..I would stay here every time I'm in the area. Everything was wonderful from the start to the food to the amenities. The Wednesday night happy hour was excellent as well.

Was sent to wrong room with people in it already.

Sheets didn't appear to have been changed. Otherwise, the property seemed fine.

The breakfast was good. The staff was amazing,the rooms were clean. One of a very few hotels with a pool. It wasn't a real negative. It was a lot of kids there. Probably a tournament .

The Pool should be open till Midnight with the amount of money you spend on the hotel room. The kitchen didn't have everything i needed. The elevator is shity and all the amount of walking with your things you have to do just to get to the raggedy elevator is insane.

We generally look for Homewood suites location while traveling with my young children. The one bedroom option with a kitchen always fits our needs. Every time we stay the staff is always incredibly welcoming and friendly. This past stay we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was not necessary however highly appreciated.

The room and hotel were wonderful. The room was spacious and kitchen and bathroom was very nice. At check in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and also in other cities.
