This is the better hotel of the two there's plenty of things to do even within walking distance and there super doggy friendly so u dont have to leave your fur baby be respectful and clean up after them the all the staff is absolutely amazing and never rude Mrs Kelly is a awesome manager they will do everything can to help you and work with you to get your desires achieved and accomplished so come enjoy your stay

Je ne peux même pas expliquer pourquoi cet établissement ne se fait pas fermer! Expedia ne devrait pas s’associer à ce type d’établissement insalubre. Du sang sur les murs, la toilette pleine de poil noir, les meubles brisés, air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas, senteur profonde de pot, accueil personnel yeux rouges et senteur de pot. Les lits mal fait. La télévision allumée à notre arrivée. Les planchers pleins de sable et de saleté.

Terrible stay. Never in my life have I paid almost $200 for a trash hotel in middle of nowhere Virginia. Spend the extra $100 to stay at some place better.

Nothing Everything

Great staff

False advertisement on a website. The room was not what was seen. The hallways were smoky, they had one person doing checkin, running from floor to floor doing request from guest, all of the rooms should have been done before shift change. The front desk clerk was very professional and kept apologizing for the way the room looked. If the help is not available then the general manager should have stayed to make sure the extended stay hotel is done to help the customer be at ease. Very disappointed

It wasn’t worth the money

“do not waste your money at this woodspring suites. i checked in, saw roaches and signs of bed bugs, and checked right back out. they told me they were refunding my money and never did, so now I’m having to dispute it with my bank. the place is super short staffed – the same person at the front desk is running around trying to do rooms and everything else. the floors are sticky, the shower had no curtain and a big hole in the tub, and the whole building just feels dirty. they allow big dogs and one was drooling all over the lobby floor when we walked in, staring at my child and scaring him. a lot of people are basically living there, so with all that rent money they’re collecting they need to hire more staff, deep clean the place, and get a real pest control company in to spray for all those bugs. this hotel is not it.”

nasty and dirty refund need to be applied

Upon arrival no one was in the lobby so it took about 20 mins of wondering if the hotel was even staffed . I waited with several other guest who were just as confused. When I went to my room someone was already in the room,in the bed and the tv was on. I was so scared I screamed “sorry” and went back to the desk. I received a new room and couldn’t get in the room even though the door light turned green. After both experiences I asked to cancel my reservation which I did not get a refund yet because unfortunately I reserved the room through Booking.com. The staff at the desk was very polite and nice throughout both experiences but the facility was dirty.
