Clean room, has a washer and dryer if needed, staff was great

The price was the cheapest in the area, and they didn't require a hold for incidentals like most. The rooms are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. Paint was missing in spots and the carpet had stains. The bedding, while clean, also showed signs of older stains as well. Throughout my stay I noticed more and more signs of roaches as well; droppings in the kitchenette as well as small and medium sized roaches in the sink, tub, a few in the kitchen, and some on the textured walls. They offered a grab and go breakfast in the lobby in the morning.

Front desk was very helpful. I didn't stay there because my payment wasn't excepted at that location. Front desk clerk was very very nice.

I loved that the head lady I can’t remember her name and I’m so sorry she was amazing. Her name starts with an L. She was amazing and she makes people feel very welcome and at home, especially for me and my family while we were transitioning and waiting for our home to open up she made us feel at home and that’s the main reason. I stayed there as long as I did was because of how welcome she made us feel you don’t get to feel that welcome and most places they’re always cleaning something around there or working on something which is nice to know because most places you stay at don’t seem to care about their facilities. These people do and I would stay here and I would recommend this place 20 times over I’m not being paid to say this. If the staff is amazing, the staff is amazing. The staff is amazing. My room is comfortable. They’re shade in the parking lot for the vehicles. they had stuff for the kitchen. They just literally make you feel at home.

The staff is amazing the manager her name starts with an L. She made us feel like this was our home away from home while we transitioned to our home and she’s the main reason we kept staying. The staff, the staff, the staff, and how much like home they make you feel it was peaceful. It was quiet. I didn’t hear people through the walls, yelling and screaming. None of that. It was very peaceful their shade in the parking lot for your vehicle. There’s laundry facilities that are clean and open for you to use at pretty decent hours. They have breakfast they serve in the morning. They are very good at accommodating things for you so that you’re just comfortable. They have things for your kitchen so you can cook and

This place had no hot water it stunk so bad we bought air freshener to spray the room we stayed in, not to mention the dresser was busted, the carpet was filthy and sticky, the lighting was non existent, and the kitchen was completely rusted and a fire hazard. Beware!

I traveled from Delaware to Chesapeake, VA, to spend quality daddy-daughter time with my little girl. I booked this Extended Stay America in the Greenbrier area expecting a clean, comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. I was placed on the third floor despite having bad knees and wasn’t offered any other option. Carrying luggage and going up and down the stairs made the stay unnecessarily difficult. When I entered the room, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The bathroom vanity had rust-colored stains, the walls were dirty with visible streaks, and the furniture showed damage and wear. Worst of all, the toilet was so dirty that I had to clean it myself before allowing my daughter to use it. No guest should have to sanitize a hotel bathroom before their child can safely use it. To make matters worse, when I asked for extra towels, I was told they don’t provide extras. Instead, I was instructed to bring my used towels to the front desk on the first floor to exchange them. For an Extended Stay hotel, that’s incredibly inconvenient. I came here to make memories with my daughter, not spend my time cleaning a room and dealing with poor customer service. The attached photos speak for themselves. I hope management takes cleanliness, room inspections, and guest service more seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone, especially families traveling with child

Starters, maintenance woke me up at 8am to change locks on doors. You can do that after i check out. Left my door cracked said he sulk be back, i said no you won’t. Mind you i had a 5 1/2hr drive home. Then the room didn’t have a pleasant smell. Like water damage or maybe even mold. Hot water in my room did not work. Had to wash my azz cold. Best thing was the nice people at the counter and those free muffins. That’s the only positives.
