Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport / Galleria Mall

Stayed three nights first day we pull in and construction is going on had to walk around back and knock on the door and was told don’t worry they would be cleared by morning. On the day we were leaving it was finally opened and could see the lobby and breakfast area. We were forced to use back door by the dumpster benches all across hallways and random people sitting on them. We didn’t want to partake in breakfast bc of all the dust that filled the down stairs from construction. Didn’t feel like it was sanitary. We finally found the gym when we were leaving at check out bc it was covered in plastic bc construction. Very disappointed with the hotel. The room itself was okay besides Toilet kept not flushing fridge wouldn’t change temperature and kept freezing our drinks and the loud sound of the commercial trucking company in back woke us up every morning.

Location was good and accessible. Amenities are old, shower head don’t have no pressure and very frustrating to take a shower, no microwave and regular check on shampoo and body wash cos I ran out in my room. Room service need to be taught to at least knock before batching into my room.

The room was very clean. Checking in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were nice. I did have some issues with the room however. I don't think the A/C was working, it seemed like it had to stay at 67 or below otherwise it got warm and humid in there if I had set it higher (the room felt damp). The 'OK' button on the TV was very sticky or something because 2 times the TV shut off automatically (even though I had changed channels) because that button wasn't working. The beds were quite creaky but were comfy. The fridge was set too cold because the drinks I had in there developed a thin layer of ice and were frozen to the shelf and I couldn't find the dial to adjust it. The bathroom was quite clean.

Really enjoyed swimming laps in the pool, which was virtually empty at 6:00 a.m. The breakfast I had, coffee, omelet and toast, was satisfying, though the bananas disappeared pretty quickly. The iron and ironing board in the room came in handy for a quick spruce up. On the down side, the sliding bathroom door was quirky, the bathroom should have had a fan, and the hotel room was kind of small, with very little storage space.

Good location so close to Niagara falls , clean room , pool was clean breakfast was good !

Superb

The Hampton Inn Galleria is our favorite hotel when we visit Western New York. It has everything we need, super friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, and a great breakfast to start our day! The location is just a short drive to the airport and even offers a shuttle to and from the airport if needed. There’s free parking (which is a rarity these days) and there are many great restaurants and fast food spots if that’s your thing. Great place, what else can I say.
