MainStay Suites Chattanooga Hamilton Place

My stay was horrible. When I walked into the lobby, the employees were sitting on the couch in the lobby with other residents of the extended stay watching television. When I walked into my room, it was nothing like the photos on Expedia, the TV was very small 32'' which was strange for a room that size. The bathroom floor was dirty, grout was horrible. The top of the refrigerator was filthy. The couch was worn down and sagging. One of the drawers in the dresser was off track and hanging down. I took pictures and sent to the GM. Complained and was not refunded, but got 8000 Choice Points to use at another property. That will never happen. I will never use Mainstays ever again. My experience in Chattanooga was less than desirable.

Rooms were on different floors

The second floor smelled really bad. The carpet by the AC was damp. The windowsill was full of dust.

Staff at the front desk was very helpful. Room was dated, but we only needed for one night rest.

The whole stunk of strong cleaners to hide a worsestink, I suspect. Room was smelly. Couldnt get tv to work. Everything waa sticky..countertop, remote, floor...won't stay at one of these properties again

Was not a good time dog barking all night and smelling like weed

Comfortable beds nice pillow slept well not a lot of noise inside or out Carpet was very dirty and sticky needs to be redone
