Having to pay to park

The property was very clean and the night check in guy was very nice and helpful.

The staff was incredible! We had the best time, and we even added an extra night to our stay with breeze! Monique and Mike made us the perfect dinner each night. We were exhausted from walking around downtown all day which made our dinner decision difficult. We remembered there was a restaurant downstairs and thank the Lord we did! The burger and sweet tea were to die for!

Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Chip at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as was the bartender (did not get his name). Room was very clean.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's within walking distance of all the major Chattanooga hotspots. Spend the extra money for a balcony room, you won't regret it. This will be my go-to hotel for all my Chattanooga visits from here on out.
-
I didn’t like the fact there was NO parking spaces when we checked in at 4:00.
-
Great location. The only thing that I did not like is the limited parking.
-
Staff was great.

Loved the king balcony room, it was nice to sit outside and relax. Great, helpful staff and great southern breakfast with made to order dishes!
-
The hotel is in a really great location - close the waterfront, some tourist attractions, restaurants etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If you are a solo traveler or a couple, please note this is a popular hotel for families and children. Love kids, but not when I am on vacation. Parking is roughly $20 a night, but the lot behind the hotel fills fast with those visiting the museum next door.

My small family enjoyed our weekend stay. It’s very close to everything you need if you’re traveling with small children. The discovery center is literally behind the hotel, near the parking lot. The aquarium is near too. Also both places have all day pass, you can leave and come back (so you can enjoy your day without too much thinking) the breakfast was nice as well. The hotel itself was also clean, well kept, very family friendly. There is a small bar and a patio if you like to go outside on property with your drink. We will come back for sure. Our server I forgot her name, I should’ve wrote it down smh but she was sweet too. Even the cook making the omelets was nice too!

We liked the hotel and it looked like it had recently been remodeled. The front desk staff were very nice. I would say the only thing that was less than ideal is the parking. The hotel shares a very small parking lot with a next door business. Parking is $18/day +tax and you need your room key to enter the parking lot. Oh, and good luck if you want to order Domino's pizza. The front desk gave us the number for the location that delivers to the hotel, but they said they didn't and gave us the number to another location. We called them and they didn't deliver to the hotel either. They gave us the number to the first location we called. We gave up and ate popcorn for dinner.

We loved the heated pool. The location was excellent, right by all the action downtown. Lots of restaurants close by.

Stayed twice in a week on a roadtrip. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the menu at their in house restaurant is noticeably inexpensive. Will certainly stay again next time I’m in Chattanooga.

Staff was great!! Clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back again.

The room was comfortable, but the floor was sticky (including the carpet) and the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. The shower had mildew and needed a good scrubbing.

The shower was nice and clean. I liked the soaps and lotions. Everything felt like a money grab and service was pretty impersonal. No one at the front desk told me I qualified for a free hotel breakfast with my room when I checked in. The breakfast host was vague about needing a “coupon” and when I said I didn’t have one they told me it would be $16. Instead, I turned around and checked with the front desk and I did qualify. Signage and communication were vague and seemed like a money grab. I also felt pressured into adding gratuity for the server/busser, which I didn’t mind doing but sort of defeats the purpose of free breakfast. The food was 4/10. The waffle was good, kind of miss the DIY waffle maker experience though. There were two $3 deer park water bottles in our room. The water from the faucet was not drinkable (tasted mildewy). The nearest potable drinking water was in the lobby which was irritating for such an expensive hotel. The indoor pool was overheated. It felt like 90 degrees. Like a hot tub without jets. Which was not a huge deal but also not pleasant. This was an $80-100 hotel experience, not $200. It’s way overpriced, particularly since they wanted to charge extra for everything.

Just not the best experience overall. The staff was very nice but during my stay the chicken drumstick bones were in front of the lobby doors and I saw staff walking in and out of those same doors. The chicken bones were there throughout my entire stay. My room was ok but when I walked in it was 83 degrees on one of the hotter days in July. The gym was dirty. Overall…I will just book somewhere else next time
