Squeaky clean. Comfy beds and pillows. We were in town for a celebration of life and this hotel met our needs perfectly. Blackout shades were appreciated since we were on PST. Enjoyed the pool / hot tub area as well.

Our one night stay at the Holiday inn and suites was wonderful. The check in process was fast, the staff friendly and professional and room amazing. Bed was so comfortable, room clean and had a breakfast offering both hot and cold choices the next morning. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

When breakfast runs from 7-10 on a Sunday you should not be completely out of cinnamon rolls at 8 am since it is what you are known for and advertise. It honestly was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the shower was hot. Carpet could due to be replaced/cleaned. Lobby breakfast area was pretty small and with a full hotel it was hard to find a spot to sit. But for a work trip - it fit my needs perfectly.

Pool table, foosball & dart game were broken. I had invited my granddaughter & daughter to have some fun after dinner.

The room was very musty, we had to keep the room cold to keep the mustiness at a minimum. The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I wanted to sleep in the chair provided in the room. It took 20 minutes for someone to greet us at the counter to checkin. We even had to call the customer service line right there at the counter to ring the front desk phone to get someones attention. Even then after the phone ringing no one came for minutes after the call was placed. Once someone finally came to the counter it was not the warmest greeting. To us for the experience did not match the nearly $450.00 price tag.
