I absolutely love going to hard rock Hotel and casino. This is my fourth time there and I plan on many more times. Everything is absolutely outstanding here.

They do not clean your rooms during your stay until after 4 days. We were not told by desk.

The only disappointment was Carvers on the 19th. Way too loud to enjoy. We left. The pool was closed the day we were leaving. Not sure why. Otherwise, fun times!!

Advertised to have a sofa bed and it was just a couch. Ended up having one person sleep on the floor.

Spent one night on our way back to MI. Glad we did. We had a great room and enjoyed dinner and gambling at the casino. Would stay again. Good value on the room and food.

Room was very large and spacious but outdated and has a musty smell. Casino is one of the smokiest I've been to...poor ventilation. Waited 15 min to be seated at 66 Diner but left because no one ever came to seat us. Overall a pretty ok experience.
