Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis

Due to extreme weather, we want to cancel the trip. Expedia specialist said they don’t pick up phone calls.

Well I havecto say it was a great stay.. I havent left.. Great place. Truly home away from. I love it.

I love it here, I decided to extend my stay and it is very worth it. Best stay ever. Home away way form home.

I loved the comforts Hyatt Desert Oasis provided i will be back. Its my new home away from home. Great Great experience.

I was told there was an elevator and there is not one. I can't climb stairs due to a recent medical condition. The so called elevator was a "WHEEL CHAIR LIFT!" YOU CANNOT USE IT ON YOUR OWN, As there is no handle to close it. It needs magnets on the doors so others can use it accordingly.

I had a great experience and very accommodating. I loved that they had different activities like bingo and paint and sip. Would love to see a corn hole tournament maybe next time that I make it to Cathedral City.

The property was ok, needs upgrades.

Room was lean, kitchen was clean. I stayed room 552 which was corner room. It was pool side but also could see mountain. I loved it enjoyed staying.

Maintained property. Rooms comes with everything you need.

We enjoyed the room and the property the staff very friendly and responsive excellent accommodation for couples or family.

Good overall for the amenities and the price as well as the room features. Would definitely come back

Amazing resort. We loved everything and everyone!

The room my family received was out dated, kitchen floor panels were loose and needed to be replaced. The reason I gave it a 2 star was due to me having to request for towels multiple times and after waiting over 4 hours, I went out to the store to purchase our own towels. I reported this issue with the receptionist and she was very understanding and ensured the maintenance supervisor was notified. At checkout I asked for a print out of my total charges and was provided a document and told to add all the charge for a grand total. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced here at this resort.

Loved this hotel super quiet comfortable wanted to extend it one more day but they where fully booked sadly we had to go to another hotel but overall great
