Excellent stay!

This was such a beautiful place. I stayed for week and had such a great time. The staff was so accommodating as well. I'm definitely coming back for the holidays.

Great location to walk to our concert !

Great location and facilities, decent breakfast. Does not offer 24/7 coffee in lobby.

Room was searched without prior consent or notification. No house keeping was done. No maintenance was performed. Our privacy was invaded and a smoking fee was applied for a room that had not been smoked in. During their search they found no ash. No buts or roaches. No evidence in any way the room was smoked in.

Brooke at the front desk is so nice and helpful always with a wonderful smile. I will definitely stay at this nice hotel when I come back to Cary. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

Great stuff. Big room. Nice kitchen. The pool was perfect . Gym is small but okay for a quick train The laundry is too expensive.

Ver friendly staff Pay to park

The friendly staff made my stay special. I enjoyed the queen suite - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast station was above average compared to other hotels I have stayed in. If I ever have a reason to visit Raleigh in the future, I will definitely rebook here.

The rooms smelled very pleasant and were very clean. The hotel was very clean from entry to room. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I don't like how the sink is on the outside of the bathroom. I have sanitation and privacy concerns because once a person is using the bathroom, they have to touch the door knob to go wash their hands. There is no private space to use the restroom when the room is occupied by another person. A sliding door in the entryway where the section can be closed off would be a great additional option.

No smoke and mirrors

We were here for just one night while visiting family in Cary. It was perfect for what we needed - clean, space for us with our two kids, and pool time!

All was good!

Room was clean and comforatable Elevator was out of service. I had to get my 80 year old mother and 2 grandchildren and all our things up stairs. The pool ( which was big reason we chose this hotel). Was dirty water was nasty and their was a dead mouse in pool. My kids got in pool immediatly got out and had to showe. We the had to drive to a place with a pool and pay for a day of swimming.

The staff were great very friendly and accommodating to all our needs
