This resort if very family friendly.

Clean good customer service

We got to use the pool after 10am checkout. They have showers in the gym area. Showers had some bugs in it, but overall place is really nice.

If you were thinking of coming to Legoland book this. They had tons of things to do in the activity center. The pool and splash pad was amazing. The arcade was also super fun and had different games for different ages. No let me talk about how convenient it was to just walk over to LEGOLAND cut through the parking lot and be right in the park no hassle no fuss. All the stuff was super courteous and helpful and accommodating. We loved the ice cream Sunday night. We stayed in a one bedroom condo and everything was amazing. The bathroom was huge shower and a tub. The bed and sofa bed were super comfy and everything was super clean and convenient.

Room was showing its age but nice. Felt like an old apartment building. Elevator went down one of the days. No room cleaning which you would expect for a 500 dollar a night stay. Had to take out your own trash (weird).

The hotel had a very comfortable king bed with big bathroom that had a big shower plus a bathtub that also doubles as shower. The pool was clean and spacious. It was very close to the freeway so was quite noisy to sit on the porch. The other issue is that throughout the 4-day stay no one cleaned the suite or did the bed or changed sheets. We requested someone to take trash out and bring fresh towels mid stay that they did.

Excellent property to stay at with or without kids. Beautiful ocean view lots of restaurant options nearby. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

The Grand Pacific Palisades in Carlsbad is a great choice, highlighted by fantastic customer service. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and eager to help throughout your stay. The resort amenities are good, offering pleasant pool areas and nice activities for guests. While the general location is moderate regarding cleanliness and surrounding convenience, its specific proximity to LEGOLAND is much better. Being practically next door to the theme park makes it incredibly convenient for families. It is a comfortable, well-served base for a vacation, especially if your primary goal is spending time at the park.

Villa was perfect size for family of 5 to stay and with easy access to pool and kids play area. Outside BBQs for use were a great feature as well. Access into San Diego and La Jolla was perfect for day trips and outlet mall nearby was great for shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Very family friendly. Heads up that the restaurants do not serve breakfast, but having a full kitchen was great for little kids who wake up early and just need a bowl of cereal before they hit the pool. The amazing location and very accommodating staff made this a wonderful stay.

The resort is very family friendly and was a nice relaxing get away for us. We had a problem with our AC when we first checked but the staff was very helpful and we had it fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Location. Facilities. Found spider webs in the bathroom. Only cleans two days a week.
