The "desk" closed at 10PM and didn't open back up until 6AM. Only vending machine for food. Not the best in the area, but the staff was very helpful and nice.

Read previous reviews so I knew to bring my own shampoo and things and there was no breakfast so no biggie. Hotel was clean and the staff was great. Only downside for me was the doors are heavy and slam loudly everywhere and you can hear other guests in the hallway.

Cleaning staff needs to clean under beds. Need more towels and need to put hand towels in the room, no hand towels. Signs for the office.

No 24 hour front desk service. No desk service late at night, overnight or early in the morning. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided. I think you have to request it.

The room was okay. I had to clean the refrigerator. The water pressure for the shower is terrible. For the nightly fee paid, I expected better.

This hotel has a limited check in that stops at 10PM. The after hours number they use was not monitored and I was not able to stay at this hotel even though I paid for the evening. The accommodations may be nice at this hotel, but not having a staff at the front desk is a red flag on other areas they cut corners on. I would proceed with caution when considering booking a stay here, because if you have an emergency that requires assistance from a staff member you likely will not have any support.

Breakfast?? There wasn't any, only coffee. Which is fine because it is extremely rare that a hotel has any food worth eating. The loud A/C unit & the people in the room above me who stomped the floor & allowed their kid to run continuously for hours mimicking a stampede of cattle. I'd recommend staying on the top floor.

The wifi was subpar. I paid for the premium option and it was as slow as the free version of the wifi that is offered.

Great for stop over on long trip

very clean, but no amenities beyond a bar of soap. priced like a hotel with much more to offer. very thin walls, could hear other guests the entire stay.

Good location right next to I81. Rooms a bit plain. No carpet or rugs. Bare bones. Decent price.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Smells like a litter box. Hair in the sheets. NO shampoo or conditioner. They gave one lousy small bar of soap. Beds are like cots. We left and ate the $200. No refunds! Criminal.

The hotel was clean however when we checked in, the room was very hot and the air conditioner was not working. We informed the front desk and they moved us quickly to another room.

Walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything from the rooms above you and next to you.

Room was clean and the stay was peaceful.

This is more a extended stay coffe only in am no ice machine. Room was very clean and i think freshly build hotel

I liked the cost, I was in town for an event and it was cheap. They're oddly possessive with their towels. It's hot, we took multiple showers per day and they refused more than 2 small bath towels and two washcloths... That's right, no hand towels. They also only provided one tube of shampoo, and no extra toilet paper.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen area in the room was perfect.
