Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge

Wrong room, no explanation of benefits, nothing but an email apology as a response from the manager over a week after my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The stay and location suited our needs well. The beds could be slightly upgraded.

The stay met our needs and was conveniently located near downtown Boston. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but overall it was an ideal choice for our time in the Boston area.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Great location staff was great

We used it for college visits and drop off. Parking garage is safe, we used Blue Bikes and it is a short drive into the city or Uber ride. Beautiful view of the river. Clean, quiet and friendly.

Stay was excellent as always. Looking forward to coming back in May!

Why the hell was a 1 night stay $500? Prrice

Very good

Beautiful views over the river, spacious clean and quiet rooms. I wouldn’t recommend having breakfast there. Or dining altogether. Felt like paying restaurant prices for processed food, overloaded with sugar. Despite multiple messages and discussing it upon arrival with staff, I still couldn’t get a preferred room. Also, I would consider upgrading irons - could barely press my clothes and it was a business trip. Very dated and somewhat random design.

Love the setup and indoor balconies

Hotel has a strange layout. We had to walk through the middle of the hotel restaurant and through a door to get to the hallway where the room was. Then there was a “balcony” with sliding doors that didn’t seal correctly. There was a large machine right next to the balcony that was really loud all of the time so it was very noisy in the room. The room was clean and tidy but the noise was horrible.

Place is awesome. Bar is great and food was superb. Would definitely stay there again.

Do like how hyatt changes 20.00 per night for destination fee per night plus you charge tax on top of that I did book through a third party but at the same time all those fees need to be included when you're looking at those hotels

Good place. Near Fenway Park

Such helpful kind staff, the building does seem a little dated. But the room smelled great, was clean and very pretty property. I will definitely stay there again.
