The experience was good. I would just expect a little more from a newly renovated hotel attempting to renew their image. (Front desk, consider adding room service, valet was hard to find as they were sitting down behind a corner away from their station). I’m fine with it, but details do matter.

Very nice accommodations for downtown Buffalo but if you are looking for Niagara Falls, there is much more at Niagara Falls

Was pleasantly impressed! Will be booking again!

Extremely pet friendly! We felt very at home here.

Nice restaurant, and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and not loud from any outside traffic. Pool was ok, a little cold, and could have been maintained a bit better, but was nice to have.

Great family staying at your place 🙏👍

Decent, newly remodeled and good location. Staff was great but every time I'd go out, I'd have to stop by front desk to get a new key. The key would always demagnetize and I wasn't the only one. Other than that it was good.

I booked the room through Expedia and it was advertised as able to sleep 5 which was perfect as I was traveling with 2 other adults and 2 kids. Well as soon as we entered the room we quickly realized that was not the case. The room had (1) king bed and (1) twin sleeper sofa. After asking the front desk and Expedia for a change in rooms I was told that was not possible since the hotel was fully booked (on a Monday) and that I could cancel my reservation for a partial refund (half). We decided to stick it out and purchase an air mattress at Target for the additional adult to sleep on. Also DO NOT BOOK unless you want to pay for valet parking ONLY! They do not have on site parking and you will need to park on the maid roadway and pay the parking meter. After all this stress checking in, their “complimentary” drink was much needed (5-6pm only, limited menu) too bad I couldn’t enjoy it in the pool since the water was absolutely freezing. Room was clean and hotel was well maintained, needed to ask for more towels (only had 3) and more toilet paper (partial roll on holder) and the breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed the waffle maker and fruit salad.

Let’s start with, we booked a room to meet our physical disabilities. That meant a shower that was a walk in not a step over tub. A king size bed due to my husband having restless leg syndrome. We even paid more than we normally would have for a hotel because they had the room we needed to meet our needs, only to get to the hotel and to find out they gave our room away that morning for inventory reasons. Never taking in to consideration that I had a spinal cord injury that required me to have the walk in shower for safety reasons. The bed for my husband to have space for his restless leg syndrome. The sad part was they never told us at check in that our room was changed. We had to find out when we walked in to the room and find two full size beds and a tub shower combo. They tried saying they upgraded us to a suite. That suite meant nothing without the amenities with needed. I have called numerous times to get a refund and management has dodged my calls and will not answer me or give me any compensation what so ever. I’m just done with Hilton all together. Second time Hilton has screwed us. They canceled our reservations in charlotte NC last year even though we were a late check in and they were notified, but no one can read notes. Just bad experience with Hilton brand.

Excellent stay. Incredible staff all the way around.
-
Nice hotel, clean, staff helpful. Restaurant was excellent. Only complaint was that there is no longer a hot tub as described in the listing. Would still recommend.

It was close to the University for my daughters orientation I loved everything

An amazing breakfast in a lovely setting
-
Everything from top to bottom was perfect. The rooms were larger and clean. The common areas were clean and pretty. The complimentary drinks were a nice bonus. The breakfast was great and the staff were so accommodating.
-
Our room didn’t have hand soap so it me twice going down to ask for it. The room was spacious but the floor wasn’t that clean. Everything else was perfect. I would go back.

Wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, failing to refill empty food items or adequately assist guests. When we asked for fruits and cupcakes, we were rudely told to arrive at 6:30 AM. Furthermore, only one person was making omelets, causing a 30-minute wait, and there was absolutely nowhere to sit
