Very friendly staff members but everything was so old and racked up. No phone at the unit, wifi never worked, only one towel was there for 3 people, not so clean blankets with some marks. Oh bath tub was not drain water as well.

Not quite as advertised. But friendly staff.

The pool was closed by the health department. There was hairs in the bed. The gym was not available or working. My guest didn't even stay there it was a terrible experience and it cost me more money to book them in another hotel.

Good place to stay. No issues. Pool was being remodeled so much better next time

The pool is closed by the Minnesota State health inspector.

Dirty carpet. Smelled like weed. Poor breakfast.

No pool. Staff started that it was listed on their website it was not.

The place was dirty , dresser was missing g drawer, toilet paper toll holder gone, smelled like cat urine bad, TV didnt work , when asked staff at front he didnt have answers and not helpful with things.

Pool closed room was messed up

The rooms was dirty and damage, the pool was closed. The employees was rude. Breakfast isn't anything but toast eggs and cereal

Poor location, people hanging out in lot all day, looked like drug transactions in parking lot all night, very dirty. Rooms smells like wet carpet, no towels in room, toilet paper holder was broke and holes all in the walls, toilet wouldn’t flush etc

Yes the pool was closed when online it said it was open the room was nasty the WiFi didn’t work the toilet was clogged there were kids and a dog running the hall people outside the hotel at 2am arguing looking like they live there overall worse hotel ever

Pool closed by health department. Bathroom was not cleaned, WiFi did not work entire visit. They did switch rooms but it’s was still rough.

First, the pool and hot tub were out of order which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. The room smelled like urine and there was someone’s face makeup left on the one of the “clean” pillowcase. One of my kids simply open the shower curtain and the rod fell off as it was half hazard sitting in holes in the wall. And there were spiders everywhere. We ended up leaving and the guy at the front desk said they would still have to charge me for the first night. I thought that was absurd but it is what it is. They refunded me for the rest of the week however my money didn’t hit my account for five days leaving me unable to get another hotel and thus having to cancel my plans with my kids. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous!

finding out that there was a deposit required when we got there and it wasn't include in the price, no pool due to health department, and the wall paper in the bathroom was falling off.

The staff were friendly. The rooms okay. The rooms smells like cigars even though it say no smoking. It’s not as clean I hope so.

We were in room 110. The toilet paper holder is almost off the wall and one can see it has been reattached to the wall. Light out over sink. No lamp in the room at the desk so dark corner. Black out curtains with small holes in it and came off the hooks when pulled shut, I put them back up.

The breakfast was marginal

Everything room was DISGUSTING
