Thank you

Broken front door made entering the room difficult. Sheets seemed less than fresh. Some sort of issue brought flexible pipes outside our door with no explanation. We had to step over them.

Just stayed for an overnight. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and they let us check in early. Good, convenient location for getting to Fenway.
-
My receipt shows a $0 balance and no room charges? What a waste of paper.

We were there for a quick trip. Staff was great and attentive. Our only suggestion would be to leave the kitchen open later, especially since other places in the area were closed. Otherwise, great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great staff and accommodations
-
The $70 parking cost coupled with the high nightly rate was pretty ridiculous, but this is a good place to stay if you have the money and need to be in Brookline.
-
Very pleasant stay, thank you.

Clean room, helpful and friendly employees,

Great location, amazing view out the window, very clean and attractive room!
-
Parking was very expensive ($50).

Loved my stay there. Only problem is I didn't get housekeeping even after I requested it. Needed fresh towels, and calls to the front desk went unanswered. Other than that, my daughters and I enjoyed our stay.
-
I loved how friendly the staff was. I wished the breakfast area was open longer like until 11. We have a later schedule and coffee was not available.

The room was clean and perfect for a quick getaway weekend.

Great location.

The hotel pool is a let down. It's only 3.5 feet deep all the way around and it is very narrow. We never saw anyone using it. The water dispenser in the fitness room was also broken. (So many things in disrepair, even though they claimed this hotel had recently been remodeled.) Most of the staff were lovely, and our requests were responded to promptly. We opted not to use the restaurant, as there were many better choices blocks away. This isn't a terrible hotel, especially if you can book it for under $200 a night. We were comfortable, but did not particularly enjoy our stay. After reading all the glowing reviews, we had high expectations that were not met.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super close to the Green Line Subway. Clean room. And our 12 and 14 year olds said it was the best, most comfortable pullout they’ve ever slept on!!

The hotel is in an excellent location along the T line. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we checked out. We used the T to travel to the Boston attractions. The decor is fresh and the room was very clean. There were a few maintenance problems: a dripping sink faucet and an outlet above the bedstand that was loose and coming out of the wall. Overall, we would return to this hotel and can highly recommend it.
