The hotel was very clean as well as our room. Staff was very friendly!

No absolutely clean roo’s, staff very attentive, and there is so much to see. There is a shopping center nearby and outback restaurant is also near by that their staff was absolutely amazing. 10/10 for sure and very friendly and recommended!

Nice quiet area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment around. Room was clean. Interstate close to get downtown or To Brewers game. I will be staying here again.

The breakfast was way over priced for what should have been a continental breakfast. Besides being over priced it wasn't good or even decent.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel room.

Clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Room clean. Dirty carpet had bad odor! Bed and all pillows very soft/uncomfortable.

It really was a great experience and I intend on staying at this location again, as I travel to Milwaukee often. Highly recommend! Give this location in Brookfield a try, I don’t think you’ll regret it!

We had to pay for breakfast so we decided to go out to eat instead, breakfast was not included and if your wanting ala carte you can order off the menu otherwise you had to pay extra for the buffet. For the price it would be nice to get a free breakfast

Great hotel.

It was an absolute great stay. The staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable. Super clean. Was able to make myself right at home. The last day housekeeping came way before check out to clean up the room. My only complaint. Love the attentiveness and wanting to get it clean, just should have waited until after check out time

I loved everything about the property the photos matched the property. N/A

We requested daily replenishing of towels and toiletries but when we returned to our room is two untouched. We had to go to the service desk to get clean towels and paper products. The bed was also so soft it gave us backaches in the morning. The bed linens are also in need of replacement. We even removed the top blankets and just asked for an additional sheet because they were so worn out looking.
