Breakfast was excellent and so were the staff in the restaurant, very attentive. The hotel was in a really good location. Used Uber a couple of times to sight see and all very friendly Hotel looked tired, our room was the same although it had everything. The bathroom floor was very slippery even when dry, not very good. Our check out time was 12.00, cleaners came into our room at 9.45 to see if we were vacating, not impressed !!

Central location. Free parking Breakfast Staff on reception were not welcoming at all Tried to call reception and no pick up Hotel felt souless and dated which didn't match up to it's name. Bed wasn't supportive.

Ideal location, polite and efficient staff. Parking included. Room was quiet with adequate facilities. Room was fine but felt a little strange having an opaque window.

The beds were fantastic and comfy! Location is perfect for shopping and the pubs! Lighting in the room wasnt great for my girlfriend to get ready in. Very dull.

Free car parking. Walking distance to most things but probably not late a night! It’s was unclean. The bathroom had no plug so had a terrible drain smell. The shower needed a good bleach as black mould was starting to grown on the tiles. The shower frame was filthy. The room needed a deep clean huge amounts of dust in the corners. The bed and pillows were terrible and you either had all the lights on or not, not great when you want to stay up and read when travelling with children.
