Had a great stay for a quick weekend getaway and the Hotel was nice, however I feel a little expensive for a regular room with King size bed. I most likely will not stay here due to the price again.

Almost everything was great. Wish they had a breakfast for guests in the morning. Room, bath and other amenities were large, appropriate and high quality. Will return to Hilton Promenade if I have occasion to visit Branson again. Staff deserves kudos.

Location was excellent. Staff was courteous and room was clean. We received a ADA room and we did not like that part. Motorized black out shade was broke so we could not open it. Room stayed dark.

It was all great. The rooms were great and very clean. It was nice to have everything you need and not have to worry about going out. I was not expecting to have a charge on my bill for using the parking garage. Seems like that should be part of staying there.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. No AC. Reported it to front desk 3 times. Received 3 different excuses and was only given a fan. No offers from the Hotel to change rooms. And we're Hilton members.

Everything was amazing the only part we didn’t care for was having to go across the busy street for our breakfast. The valet staff was super!! They went above and beyond to help in any way possible!!! We will be back!!
